Do we need improv experience for your workshops or sessions?
Not at all. My workshops are designed for everyday professionals, teams, students, and organizations, not performers. The focus is on communication, adaptability, confidence, collaboration, and learning to think differently in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
How do we know if an interactive session is right for our team?
If your team wants something more engaging than a traditional presentation, an interactive session may be a great fit. These experiences are designed to encourage participation, strengthen communication, build connection, and create a memorable shared experience without putting anyone “on the spot.”
Are people required to participate?
Participation is always encouraged, but the goal is to create an environment that feels approachable, supportive, and enjoyable. Sessions are designed to meet people where they are while still encouraging engagement and connection.
What topics do you typically speak on?
My talks and workshops often center around communication, adaptability, leadership, confidence, collaboration, reinvention, audience engagement, and the principles of improvisation applied to real-life situations and professional environments.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. I’m based in Central Florida and available for both local and travel opportunities depending on the event type and schedule.
